April 6, 2021 | ELEMENT: copper, life, spirit | article | 5 minute read

Though applying the methods of terroir to whisky – namely distilling Single Farm Origin batches – requires immensely complex logistics and infrastructure such as our Cathedral of Barley, it is this extraordinary technological marvel that we call the Facilitator, on the banks of the River Suir in Waterford, that allows us to truly express the flavours from the grain and ensure that the barley is talking. Below we have six “rooms” for you to explore virtually – new and old – so you can inspect some of our unique kit.
