Our unique library of individual Waterford whiskies – derived from distinctive Irish terroirs – presents to us an unprecedented spectrum of natural flavours defined by Ireland’s soils & microclimates. Now, by layering such singular spirits together, each expressing its own identity, we alone are able to create this dynamic assemblage in which 25 individual Single Farm Origins coalesce to create The Cuvée.

Terroir-driven Irish whisky producer Waterford Distillery has bottled its definitive, flagship single malt – The Cuvée – due to be released worldwide this autumn. Inspired by Bordeaux’s greatest chateaux, Waterford Distillery has applied the same methodology to create the ultimate in whisky flavour complexity, a genuine innovation for the spirits industry, called The Cuvée.
25 totally unique Waterford Single Farm Origin whiskies, drawn from distinct terroirs of Southern Ireland, have been married together to create a layered, profound and compelling taste experience.

MULTIPLE SINGLE FARM ORIGINS

Each Single Farm Origin – an individual Waterford Single Malt Whisky in its own right – is made exclusively from Irish-grown barley, harvested, malted and distilled separately for complete flavour integrity.

Whilst the distillery has revelled in such individuality, it is only when there is a fusion of individual terroirs that Waterford Whisky can fulfil its ambitions to create the ultimate single malt whisky.
