Waterford Distillery (‘We’) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy (together with our Terms and Conditions) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 2018 (“The Act”) and relevant GDPR requirements, the data controller is Renegade’s Waterford Distillery Limited, trading as Waterford Distillery, Grattan Quay, Waterford City, Ireland.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
