Highlights of the 2023 edition

We’re gearing up for what has become one of the biggest events in our calendar – The Waterford Distillery Festival on June 29th, 2024.

It’s the natural whisky party we always wanted to throw. And last year we were finally able to open the gates of our mighty ‘Facilitator’ on Grattan Quay and show some 500 single malt lovers around.

It was a proper celebration. The sun shone (mostly), the whisky flowed, and we got to meet a huge number of you in person for the first time. There was a landmark Festival bottling, our Organic Single Farm: Killone – the first Organic Single Farm we’ve ever released, which proved a huge hit. 

Besides which there were tastings and whisky experiences galore, a steady parade of visitors through the distillery, a swathe of fabulous food trucks, excellent music and good company. We even found time to watch a bit of the hurling – and explain it to the team’s UK-based members…

We can’t wait for this year’s edition. It’ll be bigger and better than ever and we hope we’ll see you there. No mean feat! We’ll be throwing open the gates again on 29th June, and tickets are available here.

In fact, if you pick yours up in February, you’ll enjoy a special low price of just €10 a ticket. It’ll still be fantastic value thereafter – but why miss out on the best?
