BONS MOMENTS

Quests, journeys, pathways of the curious — all are lit, if one is lucky, by Bons Moments; sparks of conviviality that lift the spirits & set hearts aglow. As we forge ever onwards in our own quest to unearth whisky’s most natural flavours, we are fortunate in the constant presence of fellow gastronomes, bon vivants, intrigued adventurers who share our reverence for the natural flavours of barley & the land. It is with these cheerful companions, like our friends at V and B, that we have shared our best and brightest Bons Moments, revelling in the thrill of rare flavour. This collaborative creation, a bespoke bottling, is our raised glassto those moments. To shared joys, good cheer & trusty companions along the road to natural whisky.

Appearance: Gold fleck in summer sunshine with tear drop oils on the glass.

Nose: Pears, apricot, bread crust, salt, peach, herbal, buttery, stone fruits, fresh apple tart with custard, elegant perfumes.

Taste: Orange, warm spices, sherbet, salted almonds, white pepper, dark chilly chocolate, citrus zest, raisins, peppermint, liquorice.

Finish: Fresh, mouth-watering becoming dry with a gentle array of spices on the roof of my mouth.
