Micro Cuvée

Der Wanderer

Cuvée (Sep 2022)

The road less travelled can be a lonely one. We place terroir-defined natural flavour at the centre of our map – navigating this new path is every bit as interesting as the destination; the effort rewarding, the view euphoric. Head Distiller Ned with Kirsch, fellow travellers on our whisky wanderings, have explored the latitudes & longitudes of our Single Farm Origins to concoct this sweet & smokey refreshment for the road, as long & winding as it may last.

Head Distiller’s Observations

Appearance: Golden honey with an oil slick for legs.

Nose: Earthy, barley husks after brewing, sweet barnyard, fennel seeds, warm apricots, milk chocolate, mint tea, honey wax, pear tart.

Finish: Warmth and spice with gentle peaks that goes on and on…
